We feel so lucky to have found Little Fishes! From day one, Elizabeth, Doloresz and Modeszt made our son feel truly welcome, creating a warm and loving environment that is professional and safe yet feels truly like family.
Our son has thrived in so many ways since being with them, growing in confidence and developing into a happy, chatty, and curious little explorer — all thanks to the nurturing environment they have created.
Little Fishes sits within a wonderful setting filled with so much character and ways to play, as well as an outdoor space that the children spend time in every day. Elizabeth, Doloresz and Modeszt go to such great lengths to set up daily fun and engaging activities for all the children.
Their communication to us has also been excellent, clear on the admin side and keeping us well informed about how he’s settling in and developing. We’ve loved the daily pick up chats hearing how his day has gone.
Any family would be lucky to have their child cared for here, knowing their child will have a fantastic experience being cared for by people who will love your child as though they were one of their own!

Both my children have gone to Jane since 1 year old as I returned to work full-time.
They have both thrived and run in everyday. They talk about Jane and Cara at home as well.
They take the children out on trips and get regular pictures of what they have been up to.
My mind was put at ease with my first going when I met them and he had his settling in sessions. The garden is great, the children love playing out there in the summer.
I really like the home from home setting as well. Makes me and them feel really comfortable. Cannot recommend Jane and Cara enough
We were absolutely over the moon to have found Sally, Colin and Amber. The setting was really important for us and it’s so wonderful to see pictures of the children having fun running around the allotments and learning about nature. We loved how much Sally and Amber get the kids outside and how much effort they put in to making the days varied. Our little boy has absolutely flourished under their care, from learning how to look after smaller babies to creating beautiful arts and crafts and having lots of fun along the way! We feel lucky to have found Sally, Colin and Amber and would have no hesitation recommending
We put our little girl in at Sally’s, Amber and Colin when she was only 1 years of age.
We were feeling very anguish, nervous to let go of my daughter and into a setting but as soon as we drop our daughter off, we felt a sense of ease because the setting was wonderful, the cabin was bright , filled with lots of toys and had a warmth about it.
5 years on and our daughter has learnt leaps and bounds.
Our daughters always go into Amber/ Sally’s with a smile knowing she will be with kids that’s she has built good friendships with , and knows there will be outdoor activities , arts, crafts and play time in the garden.
We have being very fortunate to have such an amazing setting for our daughter because prior to this setting , I had done the rounds of visiting pre schools , nursery and was not very satisfied nor impressed.
I would highly recommend Amber as she is caring, organised, informative, experienced and great with kids of all age.
Amber generates a friendly , warm atmosphere, where the kids will learn whilst having fun and building good friendships.
Our 21 month old son has been with Suraia since he was seven months old. We feel extremely lucky to have found her. Every time we drop him off, he greets her with a beaming smile and not once has he given any indication he doesn't want to be there. We know she provides everything you could ask for in terms of care, affection and activities.
Suraia's flat is immaculate, spacious and full of toys and she takes him out at least once a day to various places, including the local library which includes story time and songs and to playgrounds/parks etc. She encourages him to read books and works with him on his speech.
The other factor we appreciate is her flexibility. One of us is freelance and she's very generous in accommodating different work schedules and childcare cover.
Anya was so good with my daughter, it’s so hard leaving your child at first but Anya made me feel very comfortable and it didn’t take long at all for my daughter to be settled with her. I no longer need Anya’s services but im really glad we met her and our time with her was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend!!
Amber has looked after our 4yo in her family-run childminders for over 2 years. During this time, we felt confident that Amber always listened and paid attention to our daughter's feelings and emotions, undoubtedly making her an excellent carer and companion throughout the day. The facilities and day-to-day activities offered were just as we wanted with lots of time spent outside in the garden or nearby allotment, and a good mix of organised crafts, games and free-play activities. Amber always has a very pleasant and reassuring approach at drop-offs and evening pick-ups, which really helped especially during the settling-in period. We feel Amber and her family have made an important contribution to our daughters' development.
Ashleigh has been an incredible tutor for my children. Their patience, encouragement, and ability to make learning fun have really boosted my children’s confidence and progress. Lessons are always engaging and tailored to suit individual needs, ensuring a supportive and effective learning experience. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in both skills and enthusiasm for learning. I couldn’t recommend Ashleigh more highly for any parent looking for a dedicated and professional primary school tutor!
My son started with Steph when he was around 10 months old and has recently left to move on to a nursery at 3.5. We have been so impressed with Steph's service the entire time our son has been with her. She was extremely patient with him during his settling in period and he has always been so happy to go every morning. Steph was really supportive through each stage of his development and I always knew that he was happy, safe and stimulated during his time with her. The environment in her home is lovely and well-equipped with a fantastic outside area and the children learn to socialise really well there. We were all sad to say goodbye and would absolutely recommend Steph's provision to anybody.
Amber has been a childminder to both my children over the course of the last 6 years. I always felt like we had lucked out finding her as she created such a home from home environment that exudes warmth, creativity and exploration for the children.
Both my children love going each day, we get regular photo and video updates of what’s happening and lots of beautiful art work brought home.
In the cabin there is a whole array of toys that I know Amber keeps super clean. Amber reads a story stake each day and gets the kids involved in the story telling. They have disco's with bubbles and lights, fancy dress, and spend lots of time outdoors. My kids loved going to the allotments where they would do nature checklists and see the changing seasons. In the summer there is lots of water play outside, picnics, and even growing their own flowers.
Amber is very focused on the kids and their welfare at all times, I know that they are always in the safest of hands, as Amber is often taking courses to keep up to date with childcare regulations.
Amber has instilled core values in my children of kindness, consideration, gratitude, generosity and empathy which has set them up well for their futures.
Amber really is the best childminder you will find. We would give 100 stars if we could!
Amber, Sally and Colin are brilliant childminders they have cared for both our children over the last three years. Our son started with them when he was one and settled in so quickly, he is still very happy to go there everyday nearly three years later.
Only having had experience of nurseries for our eldest we were a bit apprehensive about finding the right childminder, we feel really lucky to have found Sally, Amber and Colin they are so reliable and the children love going there.
Both children adore Amber, she takes great care of them, they come home talking about her. They love doing all the arts and crafts and outdoor activities with her. She’s really helped them both flourish over the last few years. We will miss her when our youngest starts school later this year.
Our daughter has been looked after by Amber for the last 2.5 years and Amber is a firm favourite! She clearly has a big impact on the children and is fun and creative in her play with them. She has also babysat for us multiple times and we’ve always felt very confident that she gives Elsie a fun and caring environment. Would not hesitate to reccomend her
Claire and the team provide amazing care for my son, they go above and beyond to meet the needs of the children in their care. The setting is perfect, providing educational play,outdoor play and walks. I can not recommend Honey Bee enough, they care for my son as if he was family.
I’m not one to gatekeep—Carolina is an absolute hidden gem! Carolina is an absolutely amazing childminder! She provided a warm, loving, and caring environment where my son, Devon, thrived. From day one, she made us feel welcome and ensured Devon felt safe and happy in her care. Her dedication to early years education (EYFS) was outstanding—Devon learned so much through play, structured activities, and her nurturing guidance both outdoor and indoors.
One of the things we loved most was how Carolina made every day an adventure! She took Devon on wonderful trips, including playgroups, museums, the park, and even past Bob Marley's blue plaque in celebration of Black History Month —which I absolutely loved! These experiences enriched Devon’s learning and gave him so many happy memories.
At home, Carolina created a warm and engaging space filled with fun activities like baking, messy play, and reading. She also made sure Devon enjoyed lovely, hearty lunches. What really touched me was how she made an effort to wait for Devon to arrive so they could have breakfast together, making him feel extra special and included.
Even my eldest daughter wishes she could go to Carolina! She has a way of making every child feel special, safe, and happy. .
Communication was excellent; Carolina always kept us updated on Devon’s progress, daily activities, and any milestones he reached. Knowing he was in such capable and kind hands gave me complete peace of mind.
I couldn’t have asked for a better childminder. Devon absolutely loved his time with Carolina, and we are so grateful for the love and care she provided. Highly recommend!

Asma has been looking after my daughter the last 4 months since I have returned to work. She has treated my LO with such love, care and affection. She walks into Asma’s nursery with open arms, smiles and waves goodbye to mummy each day. The bunch of children Asma is currently looking after are incredibly sweet, they’ve become such good friends to my LO. I haven’t come across another childminder who has attended to all of my LO’s needs compared to Asma. As the group of children is smaller than a mainstream nursery my LO gets lots of 1-1 time with Asma. Secondly Asma has been great following my LO’s nap schedule and even provides such nutritious meals and snacks. It makes me feel so happy knowing there are more fruit and veg in her diet! The cleanliness and hygiene is amazing too. The different types of play have encouraged new skills from my LO also, I am seeing such leaps and bounds in her development, she has learnt to be more vocal and even started walking there too! I couldn’t recommend Asma enough; she was the best decision for my LO.
