About Me
My name is Aisha and I am an ofsted registered childminder, based in Hulme.
I have four children, three girls and one boy. I love working with children as I find them fascinating, they are often curious little human beings! Children never fail to amuse me, they always have a million questions for us. I encourage the children in my care to learn through play. I have created an environment that is safe, calm and engaging.
I like children to have new experiences through trips such as going to the local supermarket, park and library. I am fortunate enough to live in an area that has lots of local attractions such as universities, art galleries and museums. I would use this to my benefit by allowing children to explore these attractions and open a door for potential learning.
I am familiar with the EYFS framework and the national curriculum. I use this to help me plan my resources, activities and next steps. I love creating a stimulating environment that courages children to reach their full potential. I focus on prime areas such as developing their speech and language, physical and emotional development in the younger years of childhood. I give children plenty of time to develop these skills through fun activities including rhyme time, pass the parcel and story time.
As a mother, I have learnt to be very patient, flexible and compassionate. I understand the importance of understanding the needs of children. I offer care that is inclusive and adaptable. I try my best to meet the needs of children by offering them a variety of experiences and opportunities. I follow the practices in EYFS and this is implemented in my care.
I offer structure and routine as this is helpful in settling children. It is important that the children in my care are aware of what to expect next, as they often benefit from having structure and routine.
My Experience
I have paediatric first aid training which allows me to carry out appropriate first aid when required. I am familiar with how to use an epi-pen in an allergic reaction.

Aisha has been picking my son up after school for some time. She is great, very flexible and understanding. Never has been late to pick him up. She also helped me out many times during school holidays where my younger daughter and son could stay together.

Aisha is amazing as she communicates effectively with parents as well as my daughter that has been in her care for over a year now.
The flexibility that I recieve with Aisha is second to none and her environment is cleqn, nurturing and safe.
My daughter has been to other childcare providers and has never complained about not wanting to go to Aisha in the mornings and or pick ups after school. She feels listened too. Seh feels seen which is really important for a young persons personal development and mental well-being.
I continually recommend Aisha to family and friends even if they are not local as an exemplar childcare service.
Thank you Aisha and team for keeping my daughter safe and starting or ending a school day with positivity.

I am so glad Aisha accepted my little one to be her minder. She is an amazing person and very caring. We love her to bits. She is doing an excellent job it makes us parents feel relaxed because we always feel our little girl is with family whenever she is with Aisha. Thank you so much we really appreciate you.

Aisha has been looking after my 6 year old boy since last year. She is absolutely amazing and very flexible. She provides absolutely safe pick ups and drop offs from his school. She has been very supportive and my little one loves being with her. Thank you so much

Great child minder and very flexible, friendly and understanding. She always finds a solution to make your life easier, especially being able to do dropping and picking off my son from school. She's the best, her patience and love of what she does is amazing. I always know my son is in good hands as her home is always a welcoming environment, clean and well organised. I would totally recommend Aisha for anyone looking for childcare.

Aisha has been helping us with collecting our 5 year old daughter from school and caring for her in the evenings for over a year now. I have complete trust and faith in Aisha. She is very capable, caring and my daughter loves going to hers. It is admirable how patient and good she is with kids! No words to describe how happy we are to have her as an extension of our home! Highly recommended!

Aisha is just the bestttttt...
I was about to start full-time university. This was the first time my baby will go to a childminder, which was worrying for me as my baby is super clingy and won't go to anyone else apart from me and my husband. The thought of having a childminder was stressing me out as my thought was if the person will be patient enough to take care of my baby how i want. I communicated my worries to Aisha and she invited me to her house.
Omg she is soo calm, kind and friendly, she showed me the setting around which was clean, organised and just amazing.
With my baby, i don't know how Aisha did it but after engaging my baby and picking her up, she didn't cry at all, she was soo comfortable with her and my heart was instantly at ease.
She took me through the register step by step. She accommodated my schedule plus she does pick up n drop off which was overall amazing.
My baby loves it there sooo much, and soooo happy I found her 😊🥰

I can not recommend Aisha and her assistance enough. My 20 month old son; love them soooo much, he doesn’t want to leave when it’s time to go home. I have notice that he has become more independent and want to things alone. She has many activities planned for the day and always send me pictures throughout the day. She’s always goes out of her to do more, she’s a great listener and also gives great advice10/10!

Our 5 year old goes to Aisha for after-school care. He loves the huge, safe outdoor play space where he can play football, and enjoys having other children there of different ages to play with. Aisha has an assistant so can keep an eye on children outdoors and indoors, so on fine days children can come in or go out whenever they want to. Aisha is calm, kind and patient. I would definitely recommend her.
