We had the pleasure of having Tine care for both our children. She is incredibly kind, nurturing, and professional, creating a warm, safe environment where they thrived. We always felt confident leaving our little ones in her care, knowing they were not only well looked after but also engaged in meaningful, educational, fun activities. They were also fed delicious well balanced, nutritious home-cooked meals every day. We highly recommend Tine to any family looking for a trustworthy and caring childminder!
Aga has been a wonderful nanny to our son since he was five months old. She has every quality that I could hope for in a nanny - she knows how to connect with a baby, respond to his needs with patience, encourage his curiosity and always respect his pace.
She strikes a great balance between indoor and outdoor activities, engaging him with books, songs, and plenty of time outside at the park or on outings to the library, sensory class, and soft play. She has also played a key role in his weaning journey, preparing nutritious meals and introducing solids with care.
Beyond her skills and experience, what makes Aga truly exceptional is her genuine love for children and her passion for her work. Every morning, when she arrives, the sheer excitement and joy on our son’s face are priceless. The days she spends with him are filled with laughter and happiness, and seeing my son’s bond with her has been incredibly reassuring. We have complete trust in her, knowing that my child is in the best possible hands.
We feel incredibly lucky to have her looking after our son, and wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a fantastic nanny!

We were so worried about finding a childminder for our little girl but as soon as I spoke to Tracy we knew she was the one for us. She is so down to earth and has this way of putting you at ease.
She made sure we had plenty of time before I went back to work to allow our little girl to have lots of settling in visits slowly increasing her hours to help her settle. It was amazing to see how quickly she settled to Tracy.
Tracy treats all the kids she looks after like her own. She sends us a detailed report each day of everything from her daily activities and naps to how her nappies have been through the day.
We are so pleased Tracy had space to take us into her little childminding family, we could not be happier to have found her
Well what can I say how greatful this childcare setting is. Always respect people and well manned. My son goes full time 5 days a week he always excited seeing Zainab and the team and good connection and relationship. The team is trustworthy and always sending positive feedback. They always ongoing with my son I feel relaxed and I never had no issues I feel the peace that my son is in good care . The setting is always clean and well organised. Always give the best support for my son. Thank you for all the best work you do with my son I can’t thank you enough.

We have been sending our daughter to Sue two days a week for about 4 months now (she has just turned 1) and we are so pleased with how it’s going. Our daughter is very happy both at drop off and pick up, never any tears being there. Sue has managed to help our daughter take her naps in the pram (she would only contact nap or nap in the pram when out walking) which has been great. I love receiving video updates of her playing with the other children there, it’s clear how comfortable and safe she is and how well looked after all the children are. It makes going back to work a lot easier knowing she’s in such safe hands. Sue is very accommodating and understanding if plans change which we really appreciate. We’re super pleased with how quickly our daughter has settled in here and would highly recommend Sue to anyone looking for childcare.
I cant recommend Lou enough, she has been fantastic in helping my daughter settle. Since she has started my daughter has thrived and developed so much, she thoroughly enjoys going to Lou's care and is always excited when she sees her. My daughter was born very premature so I was really worried in taking the step of putting her into a childminder however my mind was immediately put at rest. I made the best decision with choosing Lou as she has been so supportive and caring every step of the way. Lou keeps you updated each week on kindle with all the activities your child has been up to along with the progress on developing skills / milestones. She is also always happy to respond to any messages and calls and is very flexible to accommodate. Lou is simply the best and I will be forever grateful for finding her.
Melissa has been an absolute gem! As a first-time mom, I was nervous about leaving my daughter with anyone. Meeting Melissa has been the best decision ever. My daughter has thrived in her care. She provides a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment that makes my daughter feel safe and loved. We started 4 months ago, and I have only positive things to say. My daughter is very vocal about things she likes and doesn’t like. She’s 23 months old, and I can tell she’s always happy to be in her care. Her ability to create a daily routine that is both fun and educational is impressive, and she always keeps me informed about my child's daily activities, meals, and milestones. She’s always willing to accommodate our needs. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Melissa and highly recommend her to any family seeking a trustworthy, experienced, and caring childminder.
We cannot recommend Ben enough- our daughter has just done her first month under Bens care and she has developed wonderfully in this time- we can’t get over how much her speech has improved. She’s usually very unsettled at drop offs even at family members houses but she is so happy to see him- in fact she only cries when she has to leave Ben to come back to her parents :)
We are honestly so grateful that we found Ben, he's upbeat, he’s patient, so knowledgeable and just a very very lovely guy.
We get updates throughout the day on how she’s getting on which has been great to know what a lovely day she’s having.

Scarlett has looked after my daughter 6 hours a week for the past 8 months. My daughter has loved their time together! They go on adventures including to the beach, woods, and to visit the farm. She has loved spending time with Scarlett’s younger son and dog and is always really excited to go with them. Scarlett is caring, communicates well and strikes a great balance between getting the kids out and about and doing things like baking with them at home. Highly recommend!
Our time with Willows has now come to an end but the care she gave to my little girl was exceptional. From the very first day I have been completely at ease with Willows, she welcomed my baby and gave her the best care, she nurtured her and helped her grow from a baby into a nearly 3 year old.
Willows always gave excellent hand overs and kept me in the loop about everything. Her setting is clean and tidy and has a lovely variety of toys. I highly recommend Wilows to any family.
Cathy is very friendly and professional, a really great service where the children are well cared for.
Cathy has a great setup at her house and regularly takes the children out on various outings. Definitely recommend, my daughter enjoys going to Cathy's and has benefited from the care and attention given to her by Cathy.
Cathy has been looking after my son since he was 9 month old and he loves going everyday. Cathy goes above and beyond for him as well as the other children she looks after. Since my son has been going to her everyday during the week, he has come on leaps and bounds socially. She's an amazing childminder who ensures that all the children that go to her are being given the best care. We are lucky to have her!
Dipa has been taking care of my one year old son who has grown very fond of her. She is punctual, hardworking and a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive to his needs and is clearly passionate about taking care of children with several years of experience. I can go to work with peace of mind knowing that my child is in safe hands and is well taken care of.

We really cannot overstate how amazing our experience was with Lucia. She is warm and welcoming and our child was extremely happy with her, enjoying the toys, socialising with the other children, eating her delicious home-cooked food and generally thriving in the love and care which pervade the setting. We feel very lucky as a family to have had Lucia and her family as part of our story. Thank you, Lucia!
As a first time parent I was so worried about sending my little boy to a childminder. But Ria and Keris are amazing! They settle him so quickly and the activity’s he does while there are great, very engaging - I also love that fact that they know he loves messy play so there are lots of activity around things he likes! His speech has come on so much while being at little bumbles too now making lots more animal noises than before! Thank you ladies!
My eldest has been going to Donna since he was a year old (he is turning 4 this year) and my youngest joined when he turned one too (he is turning 2 this year). Donna is an amazing childminder, she does so much with and for our boys. She’s been brilliant at helping with their development and helping us through things like potty training etc. Our boys adore her and she adores our boys too. Donna is very reliable and trustworthy. The children in her setting are all well cared for. Thank you, Donna for everything you do for us!
Amber has been babysitting our now 5 year old son for two years. She’s a wonderful person - super caring and kind! Our son adores Amber and she is always up for playing football in the garden, colouring or crafting with him when she looks after him. Amber is friendly and communicative too, which I really appreciate. We’re lucky to have her and can’t thank her enough for everything she does!

My daughter started Helen's Happy Home (HHH) just before her 2nd Birthday. I was very nervous about sending her to someone we didn't know, and at the time nursery wasn't a suitable option. I am so glad I sent my daughter to Helen. She has progressed so much (speech etc), and has grown in confidence. My daughter has some additional needs. Helen has been nothing but AMAZING in helping us both manage these. I honestly trust Helen with my daughter more than anyone (and that is saying something). Drop offs were hard at the beginning, but Helen reassured me and I was led by her to make the process as smooth as possible - my daughter now runs to the door and is so excited to be there! Helen is kind, caring, patient, compassionate and FUN! My daughter absolutely loves going to HHH and playing with her little tribe (Helen will never have more than 3 children at a time, which has been brilliant for us). She updates us regularly with pictures and lets us know what they've been up to. Helen has excellent organisational skills, and nothing is ever too much. The children get to do lots of activities away from Helen's Home too e.g. Paradise Park, learning to plant vegetables at the Allotment, Farm visits, Play groups, library visits - just to name a few! The house has gorgeous bi-folding doors from the kitchen into the garden. The children get to be outside a lot, which was really important for me. Helen even bakes a variety of goodies with the children too. The house is clean, warm and welcoming. My daughter has learnt how to climb, kick a ball, catch and count to at least 10. Her speech and communication skills have excelled! My daughter is always singing and dancing when she comes home, telling me she learnt new songs and dances with everyone. I honestly cannot recommend Helen enough, there's not enough stars to give. My daughter and I are extremely sad to be leaving at Feb half term, and if we didn't have to leave, we wouldn't! Thank you so much Helen for providing the best home from home setting I could have ever wished for. We will miss you!!!

My little girl (19 months) has been with Sonata since Sep 24 as her first time in any setting. Sonata has been brilliant to overcome my daughter's initial reluctance and quickly shifted her from cry when leaving my arms to not even turning her head as she runs into Sonata's house.
I have detailed visibility of what's going on throughout the day via app, all activities are structured and provide key learning points. Other children in her care appear to be of similar age which imo helps.
What I really like about Sonata - always positive, flexible, professional, diligent and responsible
What I really like about her setting - spotless clean above usual standards, well equipped with educational toys and activity stimulators, access to garden for plays
What I really like about her work style - kids are out in fresh air whenever possible, she documents educational journey and puts focus on early years plan, she communicates very well to ensure both her and I have enough information + takes at least 5 good quality pictures every day which always make me smile!
I don't normally provide glowing reviews but I am really happy to have found Sonata as childminder for my daughter and plan to continue using her services for the future. Am happy to provide personal feedback to anyone interested in her service (and I am not affiliated with Sonata or her family in any way).
Laura looked after my 2 children after school for 4 years. She was absolutely wonderful, and I really appreciated knowing the kids were in a warm, caring environment. She always had lovely activities to do with them, but is easy-going enough to know when they just need to relax or head to the playground. She even made sure my fussy eater always got dinner, which is a big pro for us! A kind, flexible ‘second mum’, who made the kids feel totally at home. Thank you!
