ALL TEACHERS and ASSISTANT TEACHERS are instructional leaders and Professional educators of Four Seasons Child Care.
Their specific responsibilities include, but are not limited:
1. Adapting classroom goals and curriculum to our Center's mission and philosophy
2. Assessing the needs of all children and adapting instruction to meet the needs
3. Creating a classroom environment conducive to learning
4. Encouraging every child's participation
5. Evaluating each child's performance and developmental changes
6. Maintaining continuing education requirements
7. Maintaining open, supportive, constructive, and positive communication with all staff, children, and parents
8. Displaying a professional and team-oriented attitude at all times
ECE background preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
