Must be able to have good lead ship skills willing to run a classroom on your own with confidence. Good people skills, and genuine love for kids. Looking for long term commitment.
For a lead teacher you must have certain qualifications -
Either a CDA or early childhood credits are required (6) - if you have some credits you can still apply as long as you're willing to complete the additional credits or courses to maintain a lead .
Certain classes are also required which can be done at the time of enrollment - such as training in sudden infant death shaken baby blood-borne pathogen's CPR and first aid it completed physical and TB test as well as a clearance and I chat and central registry clearance
