The Experience Engineer works within HR as part of the team responsible for creating amazing experiences for our families and employees.  The Experience team is responsible for initiatives such as company culture, professional development, employee and family engagement and family experience and retention. This position will provide oversight to the design, development and implementation of agreed upon strategies and programs that impact the way our employees feel when working in our centers as well as the way families and children feel when enrolled in our centers. The Experience Engineer will also work to impact change management through content development and by building organizational and individual capabilities. A typical day for the Experience Engineer is a busy one and might include writing an activity to support our Field Leader Bootcamps, writing an interactive video script, pulling together an analysis of our website usage, and measuring adoption rates of Experience initiatives through field research.



Job Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
  • Works closely with field teams to collect best practices for ongoing field training on our internal website (learning management system).
  • Manages multiple field partners and content streams to build a seamless collection process for our internal website (learning management system).
  • Ensures the successful adoption of employee, family/customer experience programs through the development of training and change management tools.
  • Designs, develops, coordinates, and facilitates training programs to develop individual and organizational capability.
  • Provides on-going management and ensures continuous process improvement of Experience initiatives and programs.
  • Continuously measures the success of Experience programs through research, survey feedback, and other performance metrics to track and report results.
  • Works alongside corporate and field management to execute strategies and actions needed to build a cohesive, energetic and successful company culture.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience
