During college, I worked as a Manager for a Real Estate Company. This employment required much research, marketing, financing, lease and sales contracts among other duties. After graduating, I managed a dealership as a sales and credit manager. With this employment customer service and knowledge of credit and inventory for clients and providers was a most used requirement.
Knowledge of marketing, production, finance, administration. Great customer service and understanding what a client requires and wants. Great literary and writing skills along with matching learning skills required for all people of every age.
