Create and keep long term fluid relations with the educational community; being also the interfase between families, educational team and others.
Program, organize, apply and assess processes of centralized educational intervention and for groups of children from 0 to 6 years old.

Verify that every room has the proper personnel and that the assistance and educational activities may be held as per the Day Care Services Mexican Regulation.

Coordinate the application of training programs for the teaching staff.
Create and update the children files.
Evaluate the dynamics in each room throughout the individual and group observation.
Establish specific actions to modify the child’s behavior in the group dynamics.
Provide guidance to the parents about the cognitive and emotional development of their children throughout group meetings and individual sessions.
Assess through the files and psychological tests the cognitive and emotional development of each child.
Guide the teaching staff to support the harmonic development of the children.
Perform assessments in coordination with the proper personnel to every infant presenting problems.
Observe the behavioral development in the children, in order to detect any possible change in the child behavior.
Guide the parents about every aspect of the development and the psychological needs of the child; also attend their requests.
Provide the child an optimal attention to enhance the physical, emotional,social and cognitive development.
Transfer to the proper institution any special case.
