Key Responsibilities:
Respond quickly to children’s varying and personal needs
Document daily needs, strengths, interests, attendance, and meal counts for each child
Plan and implement lesson plan activities and experiences that are developmentally appropriate
Prepare and provide material that is relevant to the children’s interests and culture
Document initial and ongoing development using assessment tools at established intervals
Manage infant class, implement age appropriate best practices
Communicate with parents to develop educational and family goals and update regularly
Design activities to develop fine motor skills such as cutting, gluing, painting, beading and gross motor skills such as jumping, walking, running
Establish lesson plans around defined curriculum
Help children with developing creative ideas through music, pretend plays, stories
Provide social, emotional and positive guidance
Assist children with feeding and toileting routines
Dedicated and hard working
