I was a student at Cactus High School and involved at the schools COOP program. I was an assistant teacher who has lovingly taught a maximum of 25 children, ages 3 through 5. Thorough in guiding children through a variety of daily activities and making sure the curriculum is age-appropriate and fun.

I was enrolled in a class at Cactus High School and I along with 3 class mates created daily lesson plans that last 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Collaborated daily with classroom teachers to keep activities running smoothly and have time to do transition activities.

Established and maintained a safe play environment for the children. Used read-aloud time and alphabet games to promote early literacy as well as counting for math.

Created math, language, science, dramatic play, creative movement, and social and emotional lessons plans that followed along with themes of the week along with the Arizona Learning Standards.

When we participated on a field trip I led children at the wildlife zoo and the Tolmachoff Farms.

I also completed an internship at the coop. (100 hours as an intern)

I also worked from 2:20-5:00 p.m. at the coop.

•           I was in a class called FTA where I went to Foothills elementary school and worked with preschoolers with disabilities. (25 hours in the field)
