Teachers- Oversee the development and education of young children by using developmentally appropriate practices and concepts.
Manage groups of children as well as Teacher Assistant.
Communicate with parents about progress or concerns of their child(ren)
Substitute Teachers- Follow Lesson Plan provided by Lead Teacher.
Substitute Teacher Asistant- Assist the Lead Teacher
Teachers - Must meet the DCFS qualifications of Teacher classifications with some experience (5+ years preffered but will accept less) in a Licensed Daycare Facility.
Teacher Assistants - Must have a highschool diploma or equivalent and 1 year minimum working in a licensed daycare facility.
