You must have prior experience managing at least 10 direct reports, a track record of success with staff development, coaching and employee performance management, familiarity with revenue generation and accountability, managing family satisfaction, and ensuring delivery of quality educational services. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a minimum of 3 years in a center director position with strong management experience required. You must also have a solid understanding of NAEYC accreditation and state licensing standards. Competitive base salary with an additional opportunity to earn profit based incentives.
