Responsible for teaching children aged five through eleven in MCCA's before and after school child care program. Daily activities include fun outdoor play time and creating engaging learning opportunities for children.
Qualifications include:
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• An AA or higher in Education or a related field with at least 15 credits in Elementary Education and an interest in obtaining a Maryland Child Care Credential OR Possess a 90 Hour certification in School Age.
• At least one year of experience teaching children in a licensed child care center or elementary
school preferred.
• Commitment to delivering high quality, play-based child care programs.
• Excellent judgment and decision making skills.
• Great relationship building and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Hours: M-F: 7-8:45am SPLIT 2:15-6:15pm / T: 7-8:45am SPLIT 12-6:15pm
