Infant/Toddler Teacher
Columbia Academy is currently seeking Infant/Toddler Teachers for it's preschool locations. You will work as part of a team that cultivates a loving, nurturing, learning environment for the children in our care and their families. Responsibilities include ensuring the health and safety of all children, as well as curriculum planning and assessment. A commitment to ongoing professional development is required, as is the ability to communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
Requirements
High school diploma/GED AND
CDA or 90 Hour Child Care Certification plus
45 Hour Infant/Toddler Certification
At least one year experience working with children in a licensed child care setting
Preferred
AA or BA in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or a closely related field.
This is a full-time, 12-month position.
