Daily duties include:
Helping the classroom Lead Teacher plan and implement fun and interesting educational activities using the new Infant Toddler Creative Curriculum.
Helping the classroom Lead Teacher maintain assessment book and observations using the Teaching Strategies Gold Assessment.
Help with the daily care routines of diaper changing, potty learning, classroom clean-up
Attend staff meeting and other trainings as determined
Developing relationships with parents through open communication.
Creating a warm and nurturing environment.
Attend parent and community building events throughout the year.
Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.

Candidates must be Teacher qualified under MN Rule 3 guidelines, and have 1 year of child care experience.
