My husband and I are expecting our second little boy in November of 2015 and are seeking a caregiver to come to our home to take care of our little one on a full-time basis. We anticipate needing care starting in January and he will be about 8-10 weeks old at the time. We are located in a very convenient spot in Chaska. Additionally, we have a kindergartener who would need just 1-2 total hours of care/day for before and after school. He would need help getting to and from his bus stop in the morning and afternoon. We would like someone who can be flexible with hours (some early mornings/some later mornings) and is CPR/first aid certified. We are willing to help the right person pay for certification. Also, we would like to pay based on a weekly or daily rate vs. hourly rate. We are also open to a caregiver who has her own children who may want to bring them to our home.
