We are looking for an innovative and dynamic site supervisor to join our team!

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

• We are looking for someone who can embrace and commit to CDI's philosophy.
• This personal commitment also involves communicating and actively listening to the needs of our children, parents, and staff members with a customer service attitude.
• Other responsibilities include showing a willingness to explore and build on others' ideas; sharing information within ones own team and across the centers within the region; open to new ways of thinking and working while learning from your experiences; demonstrating sensitivity and empathy towards others; setting priorities for tasks in order of importance; and not losing sight of the most important role you have -- providing a safe and educational experience for every child.
• You will be working with our school age program K-6th grades.
• Finally, you will be a role model within your center and community. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development (ECE/CD) or related field
• At least 24 ECE/CD units & 2 semester units Supervision/Administration
• Valid Site Supervisor Permit or eligibility for one.
• At least 2+ years experience preferred as a Site Supervisor/Director with school age children from K to 6th grades.
• Ability to lead/mentor the staff and drive change to improve the center's environment
• Experience with Title 5 and Title 22 Programs required
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Reggio Emilia knowledge
