We are a new facility in Centennial seeking friendly, fun and energetic teachers to join our team. Our foundation is built on 5 core values of Courage ,Honesty, Integrity, Passion and Teamwork. We want these aspects demonstrated first by our staff as we incorporate them into the children’s development.
We are committed to being the best educators in the area and so we are looking for self starters motivated teachers that take pride in working with children from ages 2.5 to 12 years.
Our mission is to develop each child's natural curiosity and creativity in order to provide a foundation that encourages each child's lifelong love for learning.
Teacher daily duties include:
Supervise children at all times.
Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
Facilitate the learning process in children so they succeed socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically
Work with director in writing and implementing daily lesson plans.
Meet the children daily with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. * Supporting Baby Shine Academy programs and policies as well as state licensing requirements.
Organizing ,Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
Supporting social and emotional development and providing positive guidance.
Prepares and maintains accurate and timely children’s reports
Observes, assesses children development using developmentally appropriate practices.
Establishing positive and productive relationships with parents.
Participation in staff and training meetings
Demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the quality of Baby Shine Academy programs.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience working with young children
Classes in Early Childhood Education per the state of CO
Nurturing and loving teaching techniques. * Highly organized.
Strong Communication skills * Dependability and a commitment to professional development and teamwork
Committing to continuing education
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
