Job Duties:
Develop culturally appropriate programs and activities that introduces math and literacy concepts
Provide various experiences and activities for children including songs, games, story telling; while allowing opportunity for sleep and rest time
Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the children in the program
Provide weekly and monthly schedules of activities
Ensure children are supervised at all times and be familiar with emergency procedures
Establish policies and procedures including acceptable disciplinary policies and provide positive guidance
Clearly and effectively communicate in a respectful and professional manner at all levels and at all times
Ensure equipment and cleanness of facility while making sure it is well maintained and safe at all times for our children
Other duties as assigned
Minimal Requirement:
Bilingual (Spanish)
Flexible Schedule (Hours ranges between 6:30am-10Pm on a rotating schedule)
MUST be a team player
Able to obtain and pass all necessary clearances
Able to provide a TB Tine Test & Physical
Able to lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Requirements:
Minimum Requirements Plus:
A minimum of an 8th grade education and 2 years of experience with children.
A high school diploma or a general educational development certificate
