Work with the Lead Teacher to bring creativity into the lives of the preschool children. Assistant also helps with general daycare duties, such as helping children dress and undress for outdoors, supervision at all times, help at the lunch table, assist with nap time and rest time activities for the older children.
A love for children, expecially children with special needs. Interest in Child Development as a career. Ability to take the required classes for working in a licensed home childcare. Must be able to pass a state and federal background check. Physically fit enough to work with children on the floor, on low tables, and outdoors.
