Job Requirements

Positions Available for Immediate Hire:

Lead Teachers – 9

•       Must possess great leadership qualities; be reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated.

•       Will ensure the daily care of every child by; following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

•       Will maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

·        Will have a minimum of two years of experience in a licensed facility, with a good portion of that time in the position of a lead teacher or co-teacher.

·        Will have experience in planning, writing, and implementing curriculums.

·        Will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Teacher Assistant - 6

•       No immediate experience necessary, we will train the right individual. At least one year of experience in a licensed facility is a plus!  

•       Will need to be flexible and willing to jump in and out of different roles throughout the facility.

•       Assistants will have the opportunity to ultimately take on lead guide roles over time thanks to the in-house training program we offer to exceptional candidates.

•       Need to be Proficient or have a basic understanding of how to work with Microsoft Office

 

Physical Activities Coordinator - 1

•       Be able to provide quality children's activity and sport instruction.

•       Complete lesson plans, instructor training and equipment will be provided.

•       Must be able to fulfill scheduled lesson times in a safe and fun manner.

•       Be willing to teach gymnastics, yoga, dance, cheerleading, soccer, and any other creative activity to children ages ranging from 2-10, on campus and for summer camps and after-school programs

•       A background in gymnastics, cheerleading or dance is preferred, but we will provide all equipment and comprehensive training.

•       Our PAC MUST love to smile, be enthusiastic, dependable and punctual, and have reliable transportation.

•       Be a team player and be willing to jump in anywhere else they may be needed when not giving lessons.

•       PAC’s are subject to a criminal background check and must have a current safety/CPR certification

Nutrition Coordinator -1

•       Responsible for any and all training required by state to handle food

•       Responsible for all kitchen administration

•       Responsible for food cost control

•       Works with Campus Director in developing healthy and fun menu items

•       Ensures freshness and portioning of all food

•       Responsible for  grocery inventory and placing food supply orders

•       Ensures a clean and sanitary kitchen

•       Ensures upkeep, repair and maintenance of all kitchen equipment

•       Has great decision making skills

•       Has superb organizational skills

•       Knowledge of correct portions size appropriate for children according to state guidelines.

•       Proactive, punctual and a great communicator (must read, write and speak English)

•       Must be committed to our mission and culture

Campus Director - 1

•       Minimum two years’ experience in Licensed Daycare Facility.

•       Director’s Credential a must.

•       Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.

•       Provide a well-kept, neat, organized facility and work space.

•       Meet the individual needs of the children and staff members.

•       Participate in staff and training meetings.

•       Support the goals and developmental level of all staff members.

•       Interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.

•       Present expectations that are appropriate to the staff members.

•       Plan and implement training activities for staff that help to develop self-esteem and professional skills.

•       Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and all staff members.

•       Build teamwork.

•       Use assessment tools.

•       Commit to continuing education.

•       Must be willing to perform any other duties assigned by the Director of Operations to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

 We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our care as we are. We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:

•       A High School diploma or equivalent

•       Experience working in a licensed childcare facility

•       Coursework in early childhood education or child development

•       Impeccable references and a proven track record of caring and nurturing children to provide them with a great start to their educational careers

•       The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience

•       Flexibility for  the hours and schedule of work

•       Must be at least 18 years of age

•       CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers Training and Fingerprints are required .(can be completed at time of hire)
