Searching for a patient, caring, lovable cae provider for my 9 year old son. He has a special need. He is very smart, loving, silly and capable of learning. He walks, toilet trained, disiplined but do have behaviors thats typical of children with his disorder. He loves the park, electronics and going to stores. He loves chicken and pizza. His favorite ice cream is sherbert. He loves chip o hoy cookies. He is a picky eater. Experience with autism is preferred or other special needs children. If no experience I would be able to help with learning of his disability. I'm looking for a provider with flexible hours, that will provide care at there own setting. Someone that works every other weekend and holidays if needed. My hours for work is steadybut their will be days I will have to stay longer than others. I'm in the health care field and have a very demanding job. I will be a cash paying parent and is looking to negotiate a flat rate payment.
