Westfield Christian Academy is currently seeking to hire a full time caregiver. Childcare experience with 18 months - 3 year olds in a daycare setting required. Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following: ? Arrange activities for children and provide them with the chance to utilize their curiosity ? Attend to the personal cleanliness of every child; changing diapers/soiled clothing and washing hands ? Formulate plans for language development and literacy skills ? Assist in the choice of books, equipment and other instructional materials suitable for the early childhood program ? Maintain a safe surroundings based on security standards ? Help other employees in preparing meals for children as necessary ? Clean and organize children rooms and putting away any hazard equipment ? Work helpfully and efficiently as a team member by converse and contributing information on a permanent basisCertification: CPR/First-Aid required. Pre-service training and clock-hours desired. Pay will be based upon experience
