We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible working with school districts, school level administrators and health care professionals to increase the number of children that can be provided with critical dental care.

The practices we service primarily focus on children who suffer from poor hygiene and who may also not have easy access to dental care. We truly believe in the importance of this mission and would welcome you as part of the team..and the children in our Georgia schools will too!

Business Development Manager Overview:

  • Lead the marketing team to maximize both school participation and new school acquisition
  • Set key goals for the marketing department overall and individuals within the department
  • Serve as mentor and coach to marketing staff
  • Work with operations to ensure proper targeting of marketing efforts
  • Develop close relationships with key districts and mentor staff on developing relationships
  • Serve as the senior school contact for the company
  • Troubleshoot issues with schools which may arise from time to time
  • Ensure school retention, minimize churn
  • Call on new districts, and educate current clients on existing and new services offered
  • Attend and/or participate in assigned conferences and meetings
  • Collaborate with other team members and leadership to enhance and expand program offerings based on requests and needs
  • Travel to school districts

Desired Skills:

  • Business Development & Account Management
  • Leadership experience in Marketing and/or Sales, especially in setting goals and coaching/mentoring
  • Customer relationship/retention experience
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of consistently displaying excellent customer relations skills and a professional demeanor at all times
  • Strong organization perceptiveness capability, sufficient to effectively juggle multiple clients
  • Strong self-initiative and the ability to work and lead with minimal direct supervision


  • Bachelor's degree: Marketing/Business (Preferred but not required)
  • Current and/or prior management experience
  • Min. of 5 years experience with Account Management/Business Development
  • Dental/health care background (Preferred)
  • Selling to K-12 schools at the district or local level (Preferred)
