We are looking for a sharp, enthusiastic, professional to become part of the energy and join our Technology Services team where you will engage in our efforts to improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.


  • The candidate must be a self-motivated, self-starter with demonstrated ability to perform under minimum supervision and be able to multi-task.  Good written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Evaluates, recommends, implements and manages firewall and remote access solutions
  • Evaluates, recommends, implements, and utilizes server and network management and monitoring tools
  • Provides network capacity analysis and presents recommendations
  • Develops documents and presents project plans
  • Utilizes project and time management skills to complete projects within a given timeframe
  • Develops, improves, and sets the standards for network documentation, practices, and procedures
  • Participates and/or assists in special projects
  • Designs network solutions and applies skills to optimize designs
  • Reviews customer requirements, develops work plans and implements projects independently and with other team members
  • Independently performs capacity planning analysis and develop reports. Maintains, updates and improves network diagrams and documentation.
  • Implements and maintains a prescribed level of security measures for the enterprise network
  • Plans and executes upgrades and maintenance with minimal assistance
  • Collaborates with vendors to solve issues when unplanned events occur
  • Addresses complex issues to satisfy system and operational concerns. Solves complex networking issues
  • Acts as a internal resource consultant for technical leadership
  • Recognized as an expert on specific platforms.
  • Little supervision and direction required to complete projects within budget and schedule

Job Requirements

•Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
•At a minimum, certification as a Cisco Certified Network Professional, Switching and Routing
•The qualified candidate’s experience must include five or more years of network engineering, network design, troubleshooting, configuration, and management of:
oCisco Nexus Core switches
oCisco Nexus 7000 NX-OS
oVirtual Device Context (VDC) and Virtual Port Channels (vPC)
oCisco stackable and chassis distribution switches
oCisco iOS
oLayer 3 routing protocols
oIEEE 802.11ac wireless networks and wireless VLANs
oIPsec VPNs
oCisco Unified Communication Manager and VoIP Telephony
oPalo Alto and next generation firewalls
•Experience in implementing, managing, and maintaining an enterprise network.
•Experience in a healthcare work setting is preferred
•Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
