Creative Academy is looking for a DEPENDABLE, CARING, PATIENT and DEVOTED teacher assistant. This time in a child's life is very important and they need consistency, love, support and positive guidance to build their social, cognitive, physical and language skills.
Criminal Check
Must have DCDEE Criminal Check Qualification Letter in order to be interviewed.
Education
REQUIRED - North Carolina Early Childhood Credential and working towards an associates degree ($8.75/hr)
PREFERRED- Associates Degree in Early Childhood ($9.00/hr)
Experience
1-2 years working with children with special needs
Job Responsibilities
Assist lead teacher with daily routines and activities, monitor and supervise children, provide a nurturing and safe learning environment, meet the needs of each individual child.
Hours
Mondays and Wednesdays - 6:30am-2:30pm
Tuesdays - 8:00am-4:30pm
Thursdays - 8:00am-5:30pm
Fridays - alternating times each Friday (6:30-2:30/8:00-4:30/6:30-2:30/8:00-5:30)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $8.75 to $9.00 /hour
North Carolina Eearly Childhood Education Credentials (required)
