CKLC Infant/Toddler Teachers display dedication to encouraging healthy intellectual and psychological growth in our children at all times. Our teachers are firm believers that all children have the power to learn and succeed. Infant/Toddler teachers are expected to meet the educational and developmental needs of each unique child through individualized learning plans ensuring they develop skills that equip them for school, career and life. Using “Creative Curriculum” and “Teaching Strategies Gold”, teachers will offer a perfect balance of learning and play, combining structured learning experiences with play activities designed for each developmental stage. CKLC teachers write and implement their own lesson plans based on “Creative Curriculum” guidelines and monthly themes. Most importantly, they create a positive learning environment in their classrooms where children develop a lifelong love of learning!
