We are a friendly young American family living in Washington DC with 3 girls 1 boy We are looking for someone responsible and dynamic, fun but serious and who has a lot of experience with children , someone who is strict enough with the older children but also loving and considerate.
We are looking for someone independent and resourceful.

-Previous childcare experience
-Positive attitude, capacity to adapting to various situations and able to be flexible when needed

-Honesty and transparency

-Available for a minimum of 12 months
