You will oversee many operational functions that have a direct impact upon the care, comfort, and safety of children at risk. You will work with children that reside in a family-style cottage located on a 2,000-acre campus.

Direct supervision of youth
Reinforce acceptable behavior

Implement daily programs and routines

If you’re bilingual (English/Spanish) and have the following background, then we’d like to speak to you:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with high risk youth in a residential treatment or child welfare setting
Ability to work flexible hours
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (travel required)
