Job Responsibilities:
Our head teacher (with Montessori experience) will work at daycare for at least 4 hours a day; five days every week. This is a year round position. The head teacher:
Plans, observes and implements the adopted monthly curriculum for all groups of children.
Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for the classroom.
Supervises classroom and maintains the health and safety of all children..
Encourages children to solve problems, initiate activities, experiment, questions and gains mastery through learning.
Communicates with parents on children’s growth and progress.
Arrives on time.
Complies with all governmental regulations regarding care of children.
Qualification:
Over 2 years experiment with 2 to 5 years old children.
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Children Education.
Over 2 years Montessori teaching experiment.
First Aid Training, CPR Training, Teaching Certificate / Montessori Teaching Certificate.
