Teachers are responsible for the classroom environment and all educational activities within the classroom to have a positive impact on the students. Employees will perform routine tasks independently, referring new or unusual situations to the Center Director for input and resolution. All employees are expected to have a love for children and desire to positively impact their lives. A background check will be administered for all employees before having unsupervised access to children.

- A minimum of 1 year experience in childcare.
- The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience and an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Able to pass background and hiring requirements.
