First Christian Academy in New Port Richey is in need of an individual with a patience and passion for assisting our lead teacher in our 2 year old preschool classroom. The duties of the assistant are assisting the lead teacher with anything she needs in the classroom of ten students. This can include, but is not limited to, helping with potty time, changing diapers, making copies, getting craft supplies together, etc. The position is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:15 am to 1:00 pm, with the possiblity of additional hours in the future.
The employee must have the minimum 40-clock-hour Introductory Child Care Training from DCF that is required by the State of Florida, as well as first aid and CPR training.
