I am building a daycare center behind my home this spring. My home daycare will be run similar to a center. The ages of kids in my daycare are infant to 11 years old. There will be no more than 14 kids here in a day. Your responsibilites will be to help out with learning time, projects, read to the kids, help with feeding infants, bring the kids outside for play, help with handwashing and going to the bathroom, changing diapers, helping with cleanup of breakfast, lunch, and snack, and helping with nap time (getting the kids to sleep). Basically, you will be a helper and interact with the children! I am very outgoing and the kids just love coming to daycare! I want someone that is also fun and outgoing and willing to just be with kids 7 hours a day! You will have 1 hour paid break, however, will need to stay at my home during this time. You will also have vacation time and sick time. We can discuss further in detail during an interview. This job will begin Monday, August 25th. We can discuss start and ending times later (more than likely your hours will be 9 am to 5 pm M-F. All Holidays you are off.
Must be CPR and First Aid Certified before starting. You also must have the Sudden Infant Death training and have watched the SIDS video. I can help you get signed up for the classes by registering you!
Also, you must complete 6 additional hours of training with me throughout each year you work here.
