I have a strong desire to help others, a compassionate personality, and the ability to remain calm under stressful conditions and a strong academic background in college with nothing short of a 3.6 for my GPA. I am well-equipped with assisting people and providing them with excellent support.
I have had over a year and a half worth of customer service working at Century Link Stadium doing all sorts of positions from field tours down to retail. Dealing with over hundreds of fans at regular games has helped me remain patient, listen to customer concerns and has made me able to multi-task. I am proficient with a computer and am able to type between 54-58 wpm. I also have had over 2.5 years of experience with children as I am a nanny to two children: a two year old and a 4 month old baby. I also am an intern at Meadow Crest Early Learning Center in a head start program. I have already completed a quarter in an ECED program and I am still currently apart of the program. I plan on earning my undergraduate degree in ECED by early next year.
