As a daycare teacher, I believe that it is extremely important to be a positive and supportive influence in a child's life, as well as the family's. Considering that most children in preschool spend an equal if not more amount of their awake hours in preschool as opposed to home, it is vital to a consistent, positive, and encouraging role model to the children in my care.

I have worked in childcare in a variety of settings for over 10 years, including daycare, after school care, as well as nannying and babysitting. I have experience working with all ages and am comfortable in just about all situations. I have lead my own classrooms in toddler, 2 year olds, preschool, and kindergarten classrooms. I am cpr/first aid certified and am group lead certified.
