Previous experiences working with pre school children in a partial care program, to working with special needs children in a classroom setting. Juveniles in a rehabilitation setting for substance abuses and in a shelter setting working with juveniles who have both emotional and behavoiral issues who are in need to have in place "out of home placement services".

Interpersonal skills, effective listening skills, one on one personal interaction, and the ability to be a mentor/role model.
