To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Ashlie for about a year while she taught my son at Learning Ladder Preschool Academy

in Fayetteville. I have gotten to know Ashlie very well through daily school drop offs/pickups, parent

teacher conferences, and daily conversations with my son about his days at school.

Ashlie is a highly qualified teacher who is eager to teach children and who truly enjoys all aspects of

her job. She works hard to better train herself in her field of work by taking classes to get certified in

certain skills. Ashlie love of teaching is shown in how she cares for her students and her classroom.

She has great ideas on how to discipline the children in a way that they understand and is executed in a

positive manner. For example, the Birdie Buck system. The children start the day on green. If they are

given a warning of some kind for bad behavior, they are moved to yellow. If they are still not minding

or listening, they move to red. The consequences of being on red is that they do not receive a birdie

buck and cannot have a fruit snack at the end of the day. The children are motivated to listen and mind,

so they can remain on green and receive a birdie buck for that day. They would collect all their birdie

bucks awarded for that week and purchase a little prize. This system worked very well with my son. He

disliked being on red and understood the consequences that came with it.

Ashlie provides great classroom structure and routine, which the children thrive in. She does a

wonderful job communicating with the parents each day on how the child’s day was. My son loved

his teacher, Mrs. Ashlie, and loved going to school each day. He recently moved up into a preschool

classroom, but we still talk about Mrs. Ashlie. This speaks a lot about how her students look up to her

and listen to her.

Ashlie’s skills and teaching techniques are one of kind especially for the difficult age of 2-3 year olds,

which was the class level she had with my son. It is a difficult age to teach, and she handled it with

grace and ease and was so positive about each child. Her love for children definitely shows through her

teaching abilities.

Ashlie has my highest recommendation. We just have truly enjoyed having her in our lives and

appreciate all her dedication and hard work to teaching.

Please let me know if any further information is needed about Ashlie. You can reach me at

thaaser@gmail.com.

Sincerely,

Tara Arterberry

To Whom It May Concern,

We are pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Ashlie Krueger-Jordan, who was our son's preschool teacher for a year,as well as a consistent sitter for our son, Hunter. Over the past year, Ashlie's exceptional character and maturity was evident, through her organization and control over her classroom.

When Ashlie was moved to Lead Teacher of her classroom, the transformation of "a place to play" to an educational center focused atmosphere gave Hunter the desire to want to learn more, he was so excited to be at school within the structure Ashlie created for her students. Hunter is where he is developmentally today because of the past year with Ashlie - we are confident of that.

Furthermore, Ashlie's determination to create a better classroom included deriving lessons in nature, Spanish, hand writing, discovering life, and having fun. We are so proud of Ashlie's accomplishments and hard work. She will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Ashlie's confidence and likeability will allow her to work with many others in a variety of environments. We hope you will consider her as a part of your school family.

Please feel free to call with any questions you have.

Sincerely,

Ron and Stephanie Daniels
