Program Coordinator for Children's Home Aid
Coordinate participant and family outreach efforts prior to the start of the school year and as needed throughout the school year in order to recruit and maintain a minimum number of students as determined by the Community School Manager
Assist in the development of afterschool programs including scheduling and content design in collaboration with school partners
Assist in leading professional for afterschool staff and provide follow up support as needed on a day to day basis
Lead afterschool staff meetings and provide one-on-one supervision of youth and subcontractors workers
Coordinate communication between tutors and homeroom teachers
Schedule and oversee the collection of all program evaluations data including pre/post surveys, participants, teacher and parent surveys
Monitor annual budget, submit time sheets, invoices and expense reports to the Program Manager
