Additional Information
Jenna Daniel 111 Cramerton Place Bonaire, GA 31005 To Whom it May Concern, I have known Debra Delbosque for one year. Debra was one of two paraprofessionals in my classroom. Debra and I worked very closely with special needs students Monday through Friday all day every day. On that basis, I can say that Debra is a reliable, hard-working and amiable professional who would be effective and successful in a variety of fields and positions. Debra is a very friendly and warm person with quite a few strengths. She is conscientious, disciplined, and determined. Several times when I was out I was told by school leaders that when they checked on the room Debra took charge, busily ensuring that everything that needed to get done got done. Moreover, she did, on those occasions, more than her fair share of work without a hint of attitude or bitterness, but with enthusiasm and energy. I teach special needs students, all of whom have severe mental and physical disabilities. Not many people have the patience and emotional strength to succeed with these kids, but Debra does. She was my best para for handling behavior problems. She knew intuitively when students needed a break and when to be firm. Moreover, she fulfilled challenging duties in a loving manner, such as when assisting wheelchair bound students in the bathroom. Very few people would even consider doing such work. With Debra the only question was what needed to get done and what was best for the students. I am sure that if you hire Debra, your supervisors will be pleased to see much-needed work getting done expertly and efficiently, and your other employees will enjoy working with such a good-hearted, helpful, and encouraging person. I know I have enjoyed supervising and working with her. Please contact me if you would like more information about this excellent prospective employee. Sincerely, Jenna Daniel
