Hello, My name is Lisbeth Alford. I am looking for a steady job in the field of child care to help support my husband and myself. I can work Monday through Friday between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm. I have experience with every age group, but prefer younger age groups such as infant to age 3, though I am willing to work with older children. I also love to work with children in being creative and helping them to find their personalities, likes, and talents and then help them to explore those traits.

I have 3 1/2 4 years of center based child care experience. Though I also have 10+ years of life experience from helping to raise my younger brother due to our mother being sick through much of his young life.

I love working with children and helping them to learn new things. I've had experience in family style dining, lesson planning, teaching children of all different ages, and keeping a classroom safe and clean for a learning environment.

I have been told that I have a natural affinity in working with children and helping them to come out of their shells. I especially love to encourage creativity in young children and love to help them to learn how to express themselves.

Through my years there I have worked in every class room. The first year I worked as substitute/multi-classroom teacher, the second year I was a co-teacher in the toddler room, and at the beginning of the 2014-2015 school year I became a co-teacher for our 2’s age room, then later in 2015 I became the acting Lead teacher for the toddler room, and then the toddler room co-teacher again.
