I am submitting this resume as part of a required work search during my layoff from a Head Start teaching position. It never hurts to look at options that may be available and consider them but I am hopeful that the positions in our organization will be called back at some point in this summer.

I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood and have over 20 years of experience working with 3-5 year old children - most recently and for the past 17 years in the Head Start program in Whitewater.  It is a job that I love and hope to return to provided our program is once again funded.  I have attended numerous trainings and love working with preschoolers.  I believe it is important to see the gifts and abilities in each child and encourage them to be their best.

CPR/First Aid and AED certified, Associates Degree in Early Childhood, 20+ years of working with and teaching young children.  Served as a Director and Teacher in the past, Wisconsin Registry Level 12
