Objective
I'm currently a student at City College of San Francisco taking up Child Development as my undergrad major program. I'm doing my AS-T Degree for Child Adolescent Development and getting the experiences from every classes I've taken here at CCSF. My main priorities and goals so far is to volunteer in the Child Development field and gain those enriching experiences as I continue on with my education in the near future. In the previous past, I volunteered at a Non-Profit Organization called Jumpstart. My job entailed working in the San Francisco Districts in low income neighborhoods such as: Mission District, Tenderloin, Chinatown, and Potrero Hill. We provided and implemented the right education for children in needed to be ready to enter grade school.
Experience

Already taken about 33 fulfilling units in my Child Development program at CCSF. Also taking some general courses to fulfill the undergrad requirements.

My aspirations is to attain my credentials for teaching grades k-12 and OR to get into the masters program for OT/ABA field to help children with any speech difficulties as in: Autism and Speech Impediment.

Staying involved in the everyday child's life to succeed as they enter school in America. I've helped children from low-income backgrounds get the education they need that they don't have in the area of San Francisco, Bay Area. My job entailed reading to children, spelling, implementing lesson plans in classrooms, coming up with ideas, building up strategies with my colleagues, and finding ways to make the child's classroom environment enjoyable. - Helping children and families in the Bay Area with any help and resources to provide.

I'm currently attending City College of San Francisco to finish my AS-Transfer in Child Development. So far I've completed around 45 units of my units of CHAD and General Education. I'm willing to go far and beyond with my knowledge I've attained while studying Child Development at CCSF.
