I am efficient and organized, especially when I am in charge of orchestrating ideas for children as far as becoming engaged and helping them grow in a learning environment. I am kind and patient but very firm when necessary, as well as attentive to any child's needs and the needs required of me by my work. I learned to come up with songs on occasion to help with my memory and it has proved to be helpful with children that I've either vonteered with or babysat.
