I have managed to create a positive and engaging learning environment inside the classroom and virtually with children who have trauma disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and multiple disabilities. I have successfully helped with lesson planning and activities, supervising the children inside and outside the building, filling out paperwork and data trackers for upcoming IEP meetings, reporting to parents, led instructed small groups, and instructed the whole class on the days the lead teacher is absent, attend meetings, and helping out with school events.
